Does this legendary Carbineer weapon truly exist?. I've seen the files for this weapon myself, however it doesn't exist in game to my knowledge. Can anyone give me some insight into this? Thanks all.

Most likely they took it out of the game because they would have had to change the way the person would hold the gun, Which is disspointing because I was really looking forward to this weapon.
