We've been meeting every day to get the top CS issues that cause people to make CS calls, so that we can fix them. This on the grounds that these are among the most important bugs to tackle: both because they irritate players enough to get them to call us, and also because they clog up the CS lines, thus making CS slower for everyone.

So that's how we need to do it. Get as many carbineers to call the CSR's daily as possible to report bugs with out class. It's pretty plainly stated right here that is how you get fixes made.

I usually don't believe in harrassment, but we need to do something.

I saw an idea on one thread, of everyone mailing them your SWG box. If we all flood there mailroom maybe they will notice our concerns. That would be hard to do, but funny.
