Is it just me, or is Legshot 2 and 3 basically the SAME exact thing in a way? They both do almost the same amount of damage.

Yes, Leg Shot 2 and 3 are the same moves right now. Leg Shot 3 supposedly is suppose to have a x.5 damage modifier over Leg Shot 2 as well as a cone.
