[100 - character speed mod] / 100 * weapons speed * special speed = actual firing speed

Wow, that confused me and I know the equation and how it works....lets try it this way for the confused out there
[(100 - character speed mod) / 100] * weapon speed * special speed (notice the extra brackets)
Or this is the way I've always done it
special delay modifier * weapon speed * (1 - character speed modifier/100) I like that one a little better, seems less confusing somehow
Or I could just tell you that as master carbineer with no other speed mods (60) you will fire crippling shot at the exact speed of your weapon and every othershot except Faa2 (which I believe has the same delay mod) will be faster.
Or you could look up TAFirehawk's post history and find the link to his spreadsheet which lists his weapons and speeds per special etc. etc. I hear it's very nice.

The next version will have Resists and Armor Ratings for individual weaponsand DPS/HAM cost.
I have also made one for TKA and any other profession is pretty easy once the special data is done.
