Thread: question quick, my math right?

lookin at what it takes to cap with no master marksman or any BH, u get 60 for master, 25 in attachments...both done, then 2 melee spd sklils for FS gives 91 which should cap with a 4 or less spd gun...can some1 verify this, no i didnt want to read the very long and awesome FAQ kinda in a hurry

Well lets see here: 60 from carbineer + 25 skill mods= 85, now fs skills should give you 20 spd( 5 speed per box) add this equals 105 speed. Now at this point if you don't speed cap you should be so close that it probably won't matter much. Big question is, do you actually have 25 in speed tapes? that must have cost a whole lot of credits........

I remember firehawk saying with +25 in tapes and master carbs you can cap out a 2.7 speed so add the +15 you get, and figure it out


Id estimate cap around a 3.2-3.5 weapon with the fs and tapes.

With +60 from Master Carbineer, +25 in SEA's and +6 in FS Skills, that would put you at +91 Effective Carbine Speed, with the speed formula from the FAQ, would allow you to cap a 4.4 Speed Carbine on our slowest special.
