Just curious which first box Carbineer skill is better? I am qualified for Scatter Shot 1, Leg Shot 3, and Burst Shot 1 (Dont' have enough combat XP for the skill on the right, forgot the name).

Most have us went with Burst Shot 1 since Leg Shot 3 is almost the same as Leg Shot 2.

I went with Scattershot1 since it also gave a bonus to speed.

It does quite a bit of damage and often will hit just 1 pool. It also is cheap to fire costing the same as legshot2. I use scattershot1 and actionshot1 & 2 exclusively when hunting in groups.

For soloing, I still stick with legshot2/actionshot since it focuses on 1 pool.

If I had burst to compare, I would. I just decided I might as well climb the tree that increases speed, and works, rather than climb the tree that offer defensive bonuses that many or may not be working.

I posted this in FS forum but I figured someone who is already a jedi might have better advice. I don't know how much of a role the fs trees play after you unlock and start leveling up, but I was wondering if it is better to have the ranged def tree or the melee accuracy tree? Thanks

Long term id say melee accuracy IF it works with LS (Not sure if this has bee 100% proven or if LS is capped)

Otherwise Ranged def.

Id be interested to know what other trees youve taken though since ranged and melee def were pretty obvious choices for most.
