A short question for my fellow Carbineers: Do you consider the Marksman tree right side (Combat XP, giving you "general ranged amining" worth their skill points with a master Carbineer, or can they be dropped?

General ranged aiming only gives you a bonus to the /aim command, i don't think you'll use /aim often as a master carbineer (you have enough accuracy anyway)...

For me personaly only warningshot would be useful, but it's not worth the skillpoints in my opinion..

All depends on what you are going to use the extra points for.....if you have nothing better then get that tree

Personally i really don't see a use in this tree other than fufilling some pre-req's for other profs like CM.

It really isn't that helpful, it gives a small amount of defence, general ranged aiming, and tumbling. All 3 are things that could easily have the skill points allocated somewhere else useful like novice Brawler or Medic for example.

If you are Force Sensitive, investing in the Melee and Ranged Defense lines is much more viable and a lot "cheaper" in terms of skillpoints.
