Hey I was told during the last patch that there was a new slug carbine you could get off of lok, by doing spiecal missions, I was curious on how good it is, and how do you get the carbine? if anyone could help that would be appreciated!

Yes, it exists. It's the Nym theme park mission. If anyone has a waypoint to the start of this mission, please post it.

you get it from doing Nyms mission. Three easy missions. Two for his companions and One from him. Stats are :

110-217

4 speed

acid type of damage.

sounds like scatter pistol.

Yeah but where is NYM and his outpost friends Jinkins and Kole to get the mission, if you have the coords that would be helpful because no one has posted them thus far, on the carbine message board atleast..

Bring up the map while in nym strong hold. It is the biggest sturcture. it has pillars around it. Talk to Jerkins first and do the mission. Then talk the the guy to the left of nym. Then talk to nym.

If you have -5000 nym faction you might have a hard time getting into get missions.

Basically it's at nym's stronghold. big ol palace Nym lives in (Jenkins and Kole are next to him) Get a missions from each of them in order and presto new carbine.

It's a very decent carbine for PVE with critters who have acid resists. I use it sometimes instead of my DXR6. It look very nice and the sound is awesome.

I got mine up to 264 damage with a slice (don't remember the minimum) and down to 2.7 speed with a powerup Excellent thingy to levelup when fighting acid vuln mobs with energy / heat resists.

Sorry, didn't mean to seem ungratful, just frustrated. I thought the biggest bulding was the one wqith the casino stuff in it, but I couldn't find Nym there...

Try asking in game, most people don't have a list of locs just sitting on their desk at work (where I'm sure most are posting from).

And, I'll echo previous posts....if you bring up the overhead map, its pretty **edit** hard to miss...its a huge circle of pillars.

If it helps... From the starport running toward Nym's Outpost, circle AROUND the exterior of outpost to the LEFT. About one-quarter to one-third of the way around, you'll be standing IN the courtyard of pillars. Just go inside the building at this point. Nym and his henchment are right there.

how about you stop whining and just look around nyms stronghold until you find it. it is not that hard. if you go there and cant find after looking for 10mins why dont you just ask someone who is there to point you in the direction by way of repositioning the dunce cap on your head. sorry if i seem so harsh but what happened to exploring the galaxy, everyone wants something handed to them nowadays. do something on your own and feel proud you found it. dont come onto the forum and whine to the people who are trying to help you. you know nym is at nyms stronghold so find it. oh and if you do find nyms place when you go inside their is this one nym guard that you can shoot at. it gives you +5000 nym faction pts if you kill him in the base so why dont you try it. i think he is standing in front of nym with a t21. /wink good luck

actually it can be kinda tricky getting into his palace because its kinda on the outside of the wall of the city but you reach it from the inside of the city. there is an archway not far from the cantina if i remember right and a steep pathway that goes up once you walk through the arch. when you get to the top of the path there are stairs going down into what looks like some kind of an arena. accross from the stairs on the far side of the arena is Nyms palace. go inside and youll find him sitting at a table with 2 of his assistants. talk to him. read what he says. do what he tells you to do. dont argue with him. dont make fun of his face. dont get on the forums and say "what next?" if he tells you to talk to jenkins, talk to jenkins, dont get on the forums and ask for a waypoint to jenkins cause hes standing 2 feet away from Nym.
