Thread: Not Everyone Wants to take BH Carbine!!!!

This is targeted at all the people who are telling the holo-newbs and such to go up marksmanship first. NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO TAKE BH CARBINE!!! That said, If you are NOT planning on getting BH carbine, go up Assault Tactics first.
From personal experience, i went up marksmanship first solely for cripplingshot (and the kickass title). I regret it. Completely, utterly regret it. Without BH carbine, cripplingshot sucks for PvE. I can do far more damage with burstshot due to the fact it's twice as fast. This is using either my 2.8 or 2.6 speed krayt lasers.
In 1v1 PvP, it's a great special, but once again, slow as hell without BH carbine. I can count all the times i've won using nothing but crippling (and a few chargeshots) on one hand in group PvP, whereas i have slaughtered countless imps with burstshot1.
You people do not know the importance of speed. A low speed carbine, while it helps, will NOT completely fix the slow speed problem if you go up marksmanship first.
Here's a personal story. I went up marksmanship first, took me about 3 months to finally finish it off (i'm a casual gamer). Then i started up assault tactics. took me another month or so. counterinsurgency took me a week, because of the speed. i did the last 30k combat xp i needed for Master Spec Abilities in 3 hours. speed is the key, at least until they give us a speed boost

ditto, the bonuses from at least bh carb 3 combined with mast carb are invaluable in pvp.

I rather enjoy being a master doc, master carbineer... Buffing my stats, Eating mind food, Using uber armor, having 2500 ham, spamming specials with out killing myself, what more do you need...
... Dizy!
but watch, regular carbineers will get it, then imo master carb, master doc will be obviouslly better then bhc/carb (only thing that has going for it is speed cap shooting)
