Carbineer Archive

I bet this has been address before but i'm tired of going through page after page of under carbineer and searchs.

What is a good layout for the stats as a carbineer. I just got back into playing since the first month of release. I see that the carbineer's problems have not been addressed. I'm still useing the Marksmen starting stats but i bet these can be tweaked around for better usage.
