Thread: which speacle is best for stunning?

i know many of our speacles can stun but whihc dose it most offen?


IMO wild shot dose it best but i just wanted to know if i was wrong about that

In my experience, the SPECIAL Wild Shot, the SPECIAL Leg Shot, and the SPECIAL Full Auto all apply stun about evenly. If you're looking to apply an effect by using a SPECIAL though, I'd recommend the Full Auto attacks as they apply blindness as well as stun.


By the way, in case you didn't already figure it out, you're spelling the word SPECIAL incorrectly.

Well, he DID spell the word speacle correctly.



Seriously, what is wrong with our education system? How could you POSSIBLY think that "special" was spelled "speacle". I mean, COME ON!

Oh, and I've had the most success with legShot2. Wild shot 2 is okay but why use it when you can target a specific pool with legShot2 (action).


Any more mispellings, tho, and I'm not going to help you ever again.

Because targeting the action pool is relatively useless unless you're with other carbineers or pikemen. So perhaps in groups use wildshot and solo use legshot? Either way not a huge differance.

i spell one word wrong and now you think i dont even speak english, which i do.(and iam a he)



and now back to topic, i was messing around with legshot 3, fullauto single 2 and wild shot on some bolle bols, and from what i saw legshot seemed to stun a lot more of the time then the other two.

Leg Shot is not at all useless in PvP, but let me explain why...

You use Action Shot 1 and Action shot 2 to stack bleeds to their action pool, so it's going down every few seconds already...

What pool are they draining the most by doing specials? Their action pool...

What pool does Leg Shot target? The action pool...

Hmm... two DOTs, your slamming away at it, and their eating it away themselves doing specials.

You wouldn't believe how many times I have killed people by their action pool, and they still have 2/3 health/mind left.

heh dont let the gramer police bother you. I misspell stuff all the time just to piss them off...they have nothing better to do.



The way i see it if you know what i ment i did my part...this is not novel



As far as stun goes i like legshots...it hits the right ham and stuns almost all the time but i think blind is a better effect to put on them...



I would like to see Carbineers with more effects and area attacks...or at least have all our attacks do what they are suppost to. Game is 6 months old and we still have less than half our skills working how sad is that.

Leg shot is strongest soloing or with othr carbineers. Targetting one pool in combination with bleeds, warning shots and KD's allows you to take down moderate sized targets efficiently. For larger targets I prefer the damage output of wildshot combined with burst shot or cripple shot using scattershot 2 as a finisher. In a group situation fullauto area can be stronger as it applies more effects to multiple targets and has a much higher potential for total damage done over time which equals more exp. The downside is the significantly increased aggro which is inevitable when using any AoE.
