ok so im MCH i was 0434 BH but now after lots of surrendering im MCH 0233 carbineer and 0040 brawler. i was originaly thinking of getten the counter line in swordsman so i coudl get tons of it. i did it all out and i can be master carb. MCH and 0040 swordsman with 3 skill points left. but i could do the same thing and just pick up the meditaion line in TKA for buffs....what do u all think?

I dont think Countertattack is stacking anymore, could be wrong though.

it does, i think it always will, unless they make it liek carbine counter attack, like seperate skills

Defense mods still stack. Check the Fencer forums. Their corrospondent confirmed that dodge from pistoleer and fencer still do indeed stack. The reason people noticed a drop is because the base accuracy for mobs and NPC's was increased quite a bit in the last patch.

BTW this is not viewed as a bug or an exploit. It is just a game mechanic. The devs have always said that some combinations of professions will be stronger than others.

Counterattack still stacks

My final template will be master cabineer, TKM, and expert heavy swordsman

I eat combat medics for lunch, only riflemen and BH carbine can even see me.

The attic was less to us from the cellar the bones like the attic let them have it let them stay in the attic. When they sometimes come down the stairs at night and stand perplexed behind the door and headboard of the bed brushing that chalky skull with chalky fingers with sounds like the dry rattling of a shutter. Thats what I sit up in the dark to say.

Indeed it stacks. It really helps too. Almost every attack you counter ^_^.
