Thread: what are the stats for a great elite carbine

i'm looking for base stats with out slicing or kyrat power ups.
on a top notch elite carbine.

they suck. i made 1 to see how good it would be. hams simular to a laser, damage i think was 100-180 or something of that nature about the same speed. only difrence was the AP 1 v AP 2. sorry to burst your buble but they are not the T21 of the carbine world

the Elite I got (presliced) isn't terrible, it was better than my old DXR6
the stats are (again, bought this off a vendor selling presliced weapons, so not sure on original stats, nor what the slice was)
Attack Speed 2.6
108 - 186 damage
28/45/22 HAM
Light armor piercing.
I did some DPS calculations, and figured this did about
elite avg damage 147 @ 2.6 as : 56.538 dps
DXR6 avg damage 145 @ 3.1 as : 46.774 dps
not the best, but then again I don't have enough credits to afford the best

I actually use the elite the most at the minute. Buy a few and get them sliced, and hope for speed slice. Get a 32% power up, and you can have the elite down to about 1.9 speed. I can use charge shot, and get three other specials in before the target starts moving again. Being buffed also helps though

my Elite carbines come out 110-190, 3.5 (dont remeber HAM and range mods), I didnt make them before dmg mitigation came in game but now some ppl want them for pvp
