If you also take the ranged acuracy line in combat prowes you can get your ranged accuracy up to 182 with a carb, add a gen ranged accuracy +25 and a carb accuracy +25 tape and you will get the acuracy up to 232 add some tapes in other places and it will be a very respectable template IMO.

Looking at the template you can see that accuracy and speed are lower but defence is much much higher. With action the way it is I cannot make use of my speed properly in jedi so thats something that may not be a problem.

Yo u can also get some extra speed from the FS trees
This is the stats from a template I worked up MCombat Prowes/ Ehanced refrexes 4403/Mcarb/Mdef/Jedi healer 4000 it is a complete 250 point template
I used Kodan's SWG CU profession Calculator Ver 4
Things that matter:
General Ranged Accuracy +117
Carbine Accuracy +65
(2 +25 tapes can get this up to 232)
Ranged Defense +310
Carbine Defense +40
(2 +25 tapes can get this up to 400)
General Ranged Speed +32
Carbine Speed +50
(2 +25 tapes can get this up to 132)
Melee Defense +315
(add +25 tape to this to get 340)
Jedi stuff:
Force Defense +100
Force Power Max +3525
Force Power Regeneration +32
Innate Jedi Armor +50
Jedi State Defense +65
Things that dont really matter:
Terrain Negotiation +5
Trapping +5
Mask Scent +5
Camping +5
Foraging +5
General Melee Accuracy +12
General Melee Speed +12
