with 150 dmg tissues u will get a nice dmg "near" cap somewhere over 1k.
Elite need 5 and E11 needs 4
This one
is made of 181 dmg tissues.... and as u see SAC is cap and DMG is cap...
about slicing no idea...i want my one sliced too but dont know if speed or critical

Also remember that your server resources can be better on either the Elite's or the E11 Mk2's side or maybe both are pretty much the same.
Ie. on Chimaera it seems they are pretty much the same, but when I got my krayted carbine made (also had 5 tissues), I asked the WS which would be better and he said that atm the Elite is slightly better, so I got that made. And it came out very good as well.
Edit: And remember that Elite can be used by any profession at cl54, whilst E11 requires Master Carbs. So if you ever plan on going a non-Master Carbineer template, Elite might be a better choice.

Whatever gun you chose, use the tissues and get the gun SAC capped and then get a damage slice for the slicing cap rather than the schematic cap, there's about 30 points of max damage difference.
Going all out for a damage capped weapon is ok for some, but as you get more and more speed mods through SEA's or use doctor speed buffs you'll find that you'll wish you had a SAC capped gun rather than a damage capped one.

Master Marksman/Master Carbineer/Master Combat Medic/0003 Pistoleer. I tend to think an Elite with stock and scope looks VERY good though too >_>

Thats about it right there. i have a Ell pre cu thats damage capped with a speed of 2.1 and sac'ed gets to a nice 66. With doc buffs and speed and food for more action i still run out in about a minut alternating shots. Mind you i have no other ranged weapon skills but carbineer and my speed is only at about 90 with tapes....So not near what someone with more genral skills would have. Most of the time i switch to a puped 55 sac ell carbine to regen my action and still fight...much slower speed of 2.5 and i can actualy see the diffrence...But with the doc speed buff i can just bairly gain action leaving my legshot on default attack. My low sac 55 ell only has 940ish damage. Without the speed buffs etc my template can shoot the 66 sac for most of a long fight with no problems at all. So its realy all how you play. It realy comes down to how many shots you can get off with your action...Make them as strong as possable and as fast as possable.

So I'm holding out till I can get my hands on 5 or more 130-150+ damage tissues with as good a speed mod as I can get to go with em. I'd like to know in the opinions of the more hardcore carbineer whether I should roll with a E11 mark II or an Elite Carbine. Take everything into consideration please. Looks, caps on stats, how easily a WS can hit these caps with said tissues, how it would slice in the new system given said caps/attainable stats, etc. thanks for any advice.

Gotta agree with that! Love the elite.
