Hi guys I just returned a few days ago from a 2 month break and was wondering what is goin on with my autoattack. If i get aggroed it seems that I just sit there and take hits or if i double click on a creature to attack it ill attack it and then stop? Do I have to keep chosing the attack on the radial menu or double click to attack? So did they get rid of auto attack? Plus how do i know what speacial im using next with out the Combat Cue.

Thnx from a very confused (non message board) Vet. (lol been playin for a little over a year now.

You can set any attack as an auto attack, hold down ctrl and click the special on your hotkeys bar.

Actually auto attack is gone and never to return so AFK play is reduced. The previous poster explained the way to set the default attack, but you still have to initiate the attack.

And who ever said you could attack while mounted? LOL

u use to be able to attack mounted u just couldnt use specials

Yeh, it was fun going around with a bantha and shooting at stuff.

I hope they bring mounted combat back. Was some hints of such in the Fanfest reports.

The message that comes up that says your mount is slowing down for combat! If you can't do combat from a mount, then why does it slow down so you can?

You used to be able to auto-attack while riding a mount. But now that there is no auto-attack, you obviously can not. The message is just a left-over of the old, Pre-CU system.

And I was referring to being in a vehicle actually, because who in the world uses a creature mount?

BTW, a vehicle is still a mount

Autoattack from a creature mount was fun in PvP Pre-CU... great way to do damage to the twerps who ran into the middle of a lake.
