Necorsis...What foods? what drinks? what are the best tactics for me to help my group and not get killed?

I've seen two different methods for going about Necrosis:
1) The Boring Way: Bring a Master Defender. He tanks Necrosis. In order to let him keep the agro, you have to stick to low level attacks (ranged shot). Repeat until Necrosis is dead.
2) The Active Way: If you have enough ranged fighters in the group, you alternate between roots and snares and run away from Necrosis. Since you don't have to worry about a tank keeping him agroed, you can hit him as hard as possible. Here you'll probably want food and spice to increase action regen so you can fire as much as possible.

We have been very successful with the second option and that was still with a Master Defender with us. The Jedi is able to provide some tanking if need be or apply a root here or there and/or healings, while we have 2 or 3 ranged folks trading off on snares and roots and then using the hard hitting specials. Goes very quickly this way.
