E 11 mark 2 is the best weapon i think it has high dmg and low SAC
Proton carbine is for Bh s
Grivious Striker has a higher dmg than E 11 mark 2 but also has a higher SAC and slower than E 11 mark 2
so write your opinions for your weapons and tell why?

My wet towel with the advanced deathbow ability beats each and any carbine...
Honestly, camparing carbine types is not very helpful, it's all a matter on the weapon itself.
With bad ressources and wrong experimentation, the E11 Mk. II can turn out to be an inferior
weapon to a well crafted DH17.
Usually weaponsmiths have the tendency to use their best ressources (luckily...)
and do all within their powers to create a perfect product. Thus the E11 Mk. II definitely
can be expected to be among the top weapons. Though, due to differences in ressources
you can expect different weapons to be the absolute top on different servers.
Different weapons require different ressources, and if on your server one critical ressource
for E11 Mk. II just is not available with an average of over 950 on all important stats while
there just lately was a ressource with an average of 980 for all of them which is used
in the Elite Carbine, you'll simply see the Elite Carbine as the best carbine available.

I use my lower damage higher SAC E11 Mk. II for PvE and my higher damage lower SAC Elite in PvP.

It depends on what server resources allow your Weaponsmiths to produce in good quality.
The best crafted ones in general: Elite Carbine & E11 Mk.II. On Ahazi, the Elite Carbines have a definite edge in quality that only a handful of our numerous Weaponsmiths have realized.
Other excellent Loot / Reward Carbines: Proton Carbines (need MBH), Nym's Slugthrower (varies wildly, but can sometimes be rewarded with very high stats), Grievous Striker (sp?) for range.

The best Carbineer weapon is YOUR MIND.....the prof has been dumbed down by SOE but it still requires tactics and THAT is how you win, not carrying the biggest weapon, but that doesn't hurt either

If the E11 and elite are the same, go with the E11 when you want something crafted as it takes 1 less krayt tissue, and hence should be cheaper. But I find myslef selling lots more Elites than Mark 2s

High damage krayt tissues + skilleed WS with good resources + ADK = your best friend in the works. Varries between servers, but best crafted go back and forth between the elite and the mk 2.

i have a few krayt e11 and elites all around the sac cap (73) and a couple of each over 1k damage.
personally i think that the e11 gives better stats, the wound chance is always much higher on them, 28% vrs the 18% on the elite.
i do think the elite looks a bit better tho.
elite takes 1 more krayt tissue........if its a choice between makeing an e11 and an elite with the same tissues...id personally go with the e11, cap the sac then the damage then slice the speed. a set of tissues around the 170 max damage area should cap both the sac and damage no probs. 120 tissues can cap sac and hit 1k damage. damage caps at 1063 on both

Most people are saying the same thing i would say : )
But ta hit it on the head here....I have seen sevral carbin/bh's and the like with common builds. The ones that realy understand how their skills work are far far better than the ones that just mash a few keys. Doing things realy well in the ideal order can increase your dps by 30% or more : )
