I know there are a lot of circumstances, but overall what is the best carbine for pvp and what kinda stats are ona a good one. Or, if you need more than one carbine for pvp which ones do you need? Thanks for the info !

normally i use a high speed d-17(of dh-17 something like that)stub carbine as the damage min-max is fairly close(90-190ish)plus i can use chargeshot plus another special before they get up, but if they got heavy armour on i switch to my dxr6 (acid) carbine for more damage but at a slower fire rate which gives various results depending who i fight

im sure more experienced carbineers use diff techniques as i actually quit the game for two months and have just come back, so its like learning all over again :/

DXR6 sliced with speed/max dmg powerups is a scarry PVP tool. With just the normal Master Marksman "Overchargeshot2" you can do considerable damage to a target very quickly.

Advanced Krayt Elite with stock and damage slice if your speed mod is +80 or better. High minimum damage helps against Ranged Mit3, light AP punched through everyones armor, the base speed is workable with easily acquired Carbineer speed mods.

I always carry 2 carbines with me and have them as hotkeys. One is a DXR6 with damageslice and powerup for max and min dmg. 214-361 dmg on that one. The other one is my laser carbine which I use on all meleeclasses who have no ranged mitigation. That one has (with slice and powerup) 100-490 dmg. I have capped speed from 0400 BH so speed is no issue. These weapons works wonders in pvp I tell you.

So if i have master carbineer and 4 in bh carbines, the carbine speed doesn't matter at all?

im pretty good at PvP on my server.(dont ask if i am on the bourds, half the server attacks me in evry post i make lol. mostly imps would respond saying I suck, but there the UBER imps that exploit, or have a helluva lot of money for krayt guns.)

I use a speed o damage powerd up DH-17, and a krayt laser carbine, and a damage sliced, speed powerup

my fave was a drx6 with a stock, a damage slice and, a minimum damage powerup. 220-225 means they wont be mitigating any damge. i did the same thing with a couple other carbines; elites mostly, it works well.

Detchi... how did you add that thing to the front of your Elite? I've never seen that before...

I dont want to sound Noobish but that stock on the back of your carbine? Is that from a weaponsmith adding a stock? So it actually changes the appearance? I´ve never seen that so just wondering

you only get the special look from added stocks and scopes if it is hand assembled. Its a bug. If you factory make weapons with stocks and scopes you get the boost from them but cant see them on the weapon. Kinda sucks imo...an elite carbine looks sweet with a stock and scope on it heh.

Also some of the scopes are actualy put on the gun backwards LOL. So you look in the big end and your target would look soooo small heh....Maby thats why carbineers have no acc bonuses
