The only difference between these two attacks are the damage multiplier correct? Both attacks are in a cone and Stun Blind Dizzy multiple targets correct?

Basically, I think there's a speed difference but its been a while since I saw the spreadsheet.

I often double check the FAQ if I am not 100% sure 
But we cover an awful lot of stuff in there.....which is why I want people to read it and get more out of it than just their one particular answer.....

Twas actually the first stuff I read in this forums, and it is possibly the best/most thorough FAQ I have seen on these boards.. its a great resoucre
