Simple question, has anybody tested what positure change works best?
SuppressionFire1?
SuppressionFire2?
ActionShot1?
ActionShot2?
I use actionshot most because it's a cone attack and the DOT is nice to confuse my enemys (some even heal it), but i have read here in the forum that some people use suppressionfire for positure change.I can't imagine why so i ask you.
Thanks
Btw: Yes, i read the FAQ.

sounds like your talking PvE.
It may make a difference if you dont want to agro other things during combat what you use. Actionshot2 is great for posture change as well as the action bleed. But its an AoE attack and may draw unwanted attackers against you when you least want it. Suppression fire is not AoE. And is very effective agaisnt single targets in PvP. Since most people do not have a good def vs posture change down, this attack is often much better than charge shot or knockdown fire. especially if preceded by a spray shot or a fullauto2 for the dizzy states.

I use supressionfire against a single oppenent mainly because sometimes I use warcry and a bleed will cancel the delay.

I use supression 2 against big mobs and players because it seems to work better, it might just be my imagination tho

Toolbar OVERLOAD
I don't keep SuppressionFire2 or WildShot1/2 in my Toolbar, just don't have the room with all the great Specials we have and the need to keep weapons/food/drink handy....
I doubt you find any clear advantage in the PD department....but ActionShot1/2 does a bleed that BARELY helps....but better than nothing I suppose...

I've tried to use SuppressionFire1 and 2 but neither will posture down for PvE, but they will for PvP. Don't know why.

In PvE there's only an animation for NPCs for kneeling, not for animals. Perhaps that's your problem?

I'm also curious as to what posture-down attack works best in PVP. I tried supressionfire2 a lot yesterday but it didn't seem to work well for me.

Suppression2 works for me really well vs people with high def vs KD (which is everyone)
