I was logging in and seen that you can make your perfect template and something about blue frogs. Someone explain this?

On test centre 2, the DEVS have placed blue frogs which allow you to give yourself skills, weapons, armour, etc.
You can try it out, but your char will be wiped at any moment without warning from the devs, as it is specifically for testing. Don't think you can permanently play on TC2.
