Can anyone explain to me what this is suppose to do exactly? Does it work?

considerings its associated with the carbineer class its probably broken.

It doesn't work. It's suppose to be some sort of a splash damage with the gun, however, it currently does not do so.

I think the EE3 is sopose to be a shotgun =)
