I got a holocron and it told me to get master carbineer my current skill then was master commando/ master medic

now i am going for master carbineer/ master doctor

couple things so far about carbineer that are annoying..

My mate is a pistoller he has nily the same skills in pistol as i do in carbineer

He is doing 200-1200 damage with his pistol

and im barly scraping up 100- 800

he shoots every 1 seconds

i shoot every 3.9

he can spam his specials till the cows come home

i do 6 specials and have to heal myself cause im almost dead

0/0/2/2 in carbineer what i want to know is... will it get better from here??

You, my friend, clearly have a) a crappy gun. Find a good laser with max damage over 300, and the AP2 will help you do a LOT of damage on a regular basis. I do 1200 damage to Rancors, and I'm only 0310. Oh, slap a max/min damage powerup on, too. You also have b) yet to discover the necessity of food and buffs for carbineer. Seriously, don't leave home without them. Everyone's got their favorite food combos, and get good, long lasting buffs. Oh, and migrate your stats to max out your secondaries (quickness/stamina, strength/constitution).

This way, you can spam specials, deal kickass damage, and basically kick ridiculous amounts of ass. Or at least I do.

No wonder, you're 0/0/2/2. Stop going up the counterinsurgency line right now and start up the speed tree or marksman tree. I went 1-1-1-1 first, then I went 1-4-1-2, then I went 4-4-4-4. I'm not master yet actually only 4-4-3-3 but today I'll hit master.

I never tried a lazer carbine i just went straight for the top guns i searched everywhere and the best HAM damage i could find was something like

yes its a crappy gun, i have a laser carbine with max damage of 320, not sliced, no power ups, and im only 0010 doing 1600+ with full auto 2, and barely take a hit to ham
