Last night I ran in to a vendor carrying an EE3carb for 900k that had a 110 - 330 dmg,Fire DOT, 20 unit Health tick, -1 usage, and incrappy condition(150/750). I have been master carb for some time and still not found a really uber carb that someone was willing to part with yet, so I am itching to buy this one. BUT I wanted to see what you guys thought in regards to the DOT and condition vs. price. The tick is nothing to write home to momma about and the condition is a little scary, but give me your honest opinions.

P.S. - Where can I loot uber carbs? Are there any good bad guys that drop rare/legendary carbs that my wife and I can solo (she is MCH/TKA and I am MC/MD)?

It's not a terrible carbine, but definately not worth 900k.
