Thread: carbineer combat xp question
Using pink color for text always reduces XP gained. 
On a more serious side, you gain XP in the game as you did two weeks ago, it were just a few days where you didn't gain it that well. (And, honestly, the changes were not that wrong in principle, the outrage mostly happened due to mediocre implementation, bugged messages of how much XP you gain and freakingly poor communication of such a fundamental change to the community. Would they first have explained what they would do and then, after a short discussion, have installed it, people would have accepted it...)
The only difference to before is that you don't see the actual ammount of XP gained in your logs any more, you only see those numbers over the killed targets (and, i don't see them always, but can also be that i don't pay enough attention, it never interests me that much...) and according to the testing of some people, they don't correspond with the actual XP gained. If you monitor your actual XP in the skill-overview you will see that the gained XP is the same as before.
