is it any carbine that has kinetic damage and good damage like almost 1k damage or more.

Czerka carbines cap out at 931 when you craft them, but they're still more effective against Jedi wearing a psg / recon armor users / battle armor users with psgs.

Only thing they're pretty much not good with, is assault armor users.

Depends what armour they're wearing.

If you can't use a Czerka look into getting a Nym's Slugthrower Carbine. I picked one up on the bazaar for 50k and had it speed sliced(couldn't slice damage, too high). It ended up having a max damage of 884(711+173 acid), speed 1.98, SAC 82. The SAC is a bit high but not bad for a loot item and is manageable with a SAC Powerup.

Until I get my hands on some reinforced casings, this carbine works well for me.
