Tonight I'll qualify for one of those two and was wondering which one should I get first.

What I meant to say was. I hear burst shot is a good skill and is better than leg shot3. Is that true?

I'd say burstshot.

Legshot is useless in groups AND uses significant mind to fire the shot. I don't have burstshot anymore but I do have crippleshot and legshot. There is simply no comparison between killing with crippleshot and using actionshot then legshot. Crippleshot is faster and uses less shots...thus less HAM. Essentially, even though legshot hits just action, it doesn't do enough damage to make it viable.

However, you should also seriously consider the scattershot1 line. Scattershots are veryunderrated AND you get a speed increase.

IMO, your decision should be scatter vs burst. If you already have scatter or BH carbine, then burst.
