the workaround for high ham costs is food, doctor buffs, or spice. the workaround for EVERY SINGLE AOE ATTACK BEING BROKEN is....no, there isn't one.
I disagree that all area attacks are broke, action shot 2 , wild shot 2, and full auto area 2 have sent many many pubam to their graves in short order.
They arent broken - they are bugged. Currently you need aggro of a target to hit it with an area attack, so the first area attack you do, only hits 1 target, while all the following do work.
Not a terrible bug, but when you want the element of suprise, it doesnt help that your first "area" shot will only hit 1 target.
Carbineer should be a great class, especially in PvP. A carbine is a devastating weapon designed and used primarilyfor killing people. It's a strategist's weapon, and a close quarters fighter's best friend. It packs incredible stopping power. There's a reason why carbines and submachine guns are the weapon of choice for special forces. They can be fired in single shot, small burst, or in fully automatic mode and arevery portable, making them nightmarishly versatile. At close range the 800+ round per minute rate of fire capabilities will reduce complex intelligent organisms tokibbles and bits inseconds. At medium to long range the accuracy is very acceptable due to thebarrel length. Check this out:

If I was living and dying byjust oneweapon it wouldn't be a 17 shot semi-automatic pistol or a sniper's rifle =]. For all around suppressing, perforating, and shuffling people off of this mortal coil the carbine is the one.
