Thread: To the Test Center ChargeShot2 users
A fewquestions to the TC crowd who have experimented with ChargeShot2 & Full Auto 2...
1) What is the max range of ChargeShot2 & Full Auto 2 area of effect cone? Example: If my target is 50m out, and I shoot ChargeShot2, do all the targets immediately behind get knocked over also?
2)Does ChargeShot2 have a better chance of knocking down the primary target than ChargeShot1?
3) Does my carbine accuracy affect knockdown sticking on a successful hit?
Thanks ahead for your replies.

Yes...unless they are farther than 65 M.

I do not know yet. That needs to be determined on tougher creatures which I am unable to test because while I have a Master Carbineer, the only other things I have are a laser carbine that Pappi on TC gave me and some StimBs that Zarlor the Medic Correspondant gave me. In order to test on anything other than low level stuff, I really need atleast buffs and probably some armor too.
TC is a real sticky point with many correpondants because the Devs just don't seem to want to really help us. They are too afraid to upsetting the TC economy and so most of the correspondants are master in a class, wearing noob clothing and too poor to even travel to a new planet. I really wish TC would become a real TC and not a normal server with the most recent patches.
TC even causes big problems IMO. There are several correspondants that only play on TC so their view gets distorted because of the way things are on TC. For example, skill tapes are easier to get on TC since there are less players and so the TC correspondants base all their decisions on classes decked out in +5 skill tapes. There iscorrespondant running around with 12 experimentation points saying the new crafting system is fine while the actual crafting correspondants are practically suicidal. On live, those tapes go for millions and are out of the hands of most players. It makes for frustrating discussions.
3) Does my carbine accuracy affect knockdown sticking on a successful hit?
Accuracy seems to effect how much secondary defenses kick in. Low accuracy seems to enhance them while high accuracy depresses them. For example, if you make a 4000 carbineer you will find that on adventure planets, almost every shot you fire that hits will be dodged, blocked, countered, etc. Go to 4400 and your hits are not "dodged". So increasing accuracy helps but not in I think the way you are directing your question.
The direct answer is I don't know. I can try to test it by dropping to 4044 on TC and seeing what I can KD. The problem will become I also won't be able to hit.
