I was in anchorhead this morning riding my swoop when all of a sudden my mind starts going away. Oh poop a riflemen was shooting at me!!! I had a tef and i dont mind a little pvp here and there so i start chugging brandy and put my comp helmet on. this guy was landing hit after hit on me and another guy ( a fencer) and i couldnt do jack to the guy. i am 3-4-4-3 in carbineer, was using my 3.0 speed 57-433 laser carbine and a stocked, scoped, and muzzeled elite and i i couldnt do any damage to this guy? i was spamming cripple shot and burst shot 1 and all i was landing was a measly 100 pts of dmg when and if i could hit him. aside from the 75% pvp damage reduction could any one tell me whats going on??? oh yeah he was unarmored.
