She's a fair piece, good for when you Master and want to do a little PvP. Go for a speed slice and hope it gets around 2.0, slap a 32% min damage/ 16% mind cost power up on it for PvP and go with a 32% max damage/16% min damage for PvEand you should be able to spray CripplingShot fast enough to make your enemies miserable, or you can switch up to a FullAuto level 2 special and unload status effects on single or multiple targets depending on your needs. The damage is mid-range for what I've seen on Kettemoor's Elites, but it should be serviceable.

i got a 120-281 3.4 spd dont know if its good but its ok for me

I bought it only because it was made by a famous retired WS.

Its kinda slow depending on your skill level and I hope you didn't pay too much. Mine is 3.4 Speed and 163/308 Min/Max. Oh but mine has a stock and Krayt Tissue

SLOW?????

2.9 speed is faster than 3.4 speed

I would say that weapon is a low-mid un-sliced weapon

I figured 2.9 was after slice.

AND I have +85 Carbine Speed so 3.4 WITHOUT powerup is pretty damn fast. I cap at 2.7
