Thread: FullautoArea2 and scattershot2

Can someone tell my why these 2 attacks dont work???


fullautoarea2 would be the best attack posible for grinding out carbine


and scatter hit 2 is a pvp attack in my book


BUT NEITHER FRINKIN WORK!!!

we sit here complaining about not haveing cool carbines well not this guy

DMG type doesnt matter right now - no one in game has a set of comp that

can match 3 dmgtypes so its not that important to me what is importat is the

FACT THAT THERE IS NO MASTER ATTCK and none of the other attacks we

haveseem to work not only that cabineer has realy crappy defence other then

there counterattack...... IM a master carbineen BH carbine 4 and i fire faster then

a gunfighter with my laster carbines not sliced - problem is i only have cripling shot goin for me dmg wise and confution and knockdown fire for crowd controll - full auto2 for stat effects and then a bleed with a posturechange - wow none of the moves i have sad do over 400 in pvp were i see tks riflemand and even gunfighters doing well over 500

I am still trying to get Fullautoarea1 to work. Exactly how SMALL is the damn cone on these things? Does everything have to be right in front of you? I tried running and having a few critters chase me while spamming FAA1 and i still only hit my current target. FAA2 is supposedly being fixed in publish 7. Scattershot2 seems to work fine for me though but i still prefer FAS2 as my main special.

Ok man relax, take a breath or two. You're right that at the moment we have cruddy specails. But look at the big picture here. Spacifically publish 7. Its been reported that every special except for Legshot3 will be working as advertised. aka we get area bleed, KD, stun, blind, posture change and dizzy. Or at least the chance to do so. And the damage will be real. Were gonna be just fine man. All we gotta do is play it off like its no big deal so we don't get the fair weather fighters in our profession. Feeling better?

Well somebody needs to cut back on the coffee, or maybe not old enough for coffee yet.



Don't spread lies, FAA2 and ScatterShot2 work just fine. The cone is quite large on FAA2 and ScatterShot2 hits almost as hard as CrippleShot.


Those are the FACTS. While some of your other complaints are valid about a Master level special and damage types, don't mis-inform people just because you want some cheese with your whine.

Functioning Attack Styles: Legshot 3, Crippleshot, WIldshot 1, and 2, Fullautosingle 1,2, Fullautoarea 1,2,ChargeShot 1 (chargeshot 2 - broken still), andActionshot 2.


Haven't tryed Scattershot, or Burstshot enough to comment on them..


My problem isn't with the styles..Im not sure if it's just me, but has anyone noticed that "Counterattack" will infact'counter' an attack from time to time, but doesn't actuallyreturn that "free none-blockable" attack? In the "combat" chat tab.. you'll see thatthecounterattack worked.. minus returning fire andgiving your target actualdamage.

Yup. Counterattack is nothing more than a dodge.

The cone on Faa2 is about 15m. I haven't had any problems with it.


As a matter of fact a few days ago Iused it to finish off an entire platoon of stormtroopers outside of bestine. Area health poisoned them and ducked them for a bit to soften them up. Then took a knee and spammed Faa2 as they came over a hill. Got me a nice pile of trooper corpses.


What's even funnier is that an overt Imp witnessed the tail end of the massacre. I waved at him and he ran!

FAA2 doesnt work -fact


which is why it is being fixed, ive tried it at all ranges,.. even kneeling down, attacking mobs of 3 from 1m and upwards. The animation works fine, but only the guy/creature u had currently targetted gets hit in any way.


And thank goodness they are fixing Chargeshot 2 - i went overt as rebel in bestine today (yeh silly of me as carbineer, but got bored) and the dozens of times i tried chargeshot 2, not ONCE did it work, and i tired it kneeling, running, close range, long range and against many different guys.


This patch better be a hell of a big one, else carbineer can go bye-bye, and if the patch fials to do alot, id advise u guys to do the same.

Spread you lies on some other forum....FAA2 works perfectly, the Dizzy timer was just set at 0 and is now 20 seconds. I routinely damage EVERY target in the mob in front of me. In fact I target the hardest creature and often the weaker ones are DEAD before the first one drops.


How long have we said ChargeShot2 is broke and you still used it LOL LOL Hope you lost a lot of faction....


Just like the other guy, /deathblow your Carbineer and be a pest somewhere else....
