Just thought to drop by the carbineer board and ask this quick question. At what skill do you get certed for the enhanced E-11 carbine? I am a BH/carbineer and for the life of me every time I look at an enhanced E-11 it says im not certed for it. I am 0,3,0,4 carbines.

hmm thats odd. I think you only need carb II from the marksman tree (same as regular e11). maybe its bugged or somthing weird

I can not check in-game, but I am pretty sure nobody is certified for it, but it works just fine for everybody. The only real way to know is to equip it

Gun says you require the Marksman skill Carbines II to wield it. This is also where you get the cert for the standard E11 carbine.
