Carbineer Archive

I read somewhere that Ranged Accuracy is broken with Carbineer and that Mele Accuracy works with Carbineer instead. Is this still the case? Or does anyone know either if it has been fixed or if this is actually true or any other information about when it is going to be fixed?

I have only seen the FS Speed Trees tested, Accuracy is a much more difficult thing to quantify.....sorry.
