For 4.0 speed carbines, you need 90 carbine speed mod, asforaccuracy the sky is the limit (well not really,you can reach the physical cap with MC/MBH and +25 SEA I guess). Btw, I wouldn't wanna be you when Firehawk reads this hehe

There is a very detailed section on Speed in the FAQ.....of which I wrote

Please review that and then I can answer questions from there....

Oh and Accuracy has no cap but has diminishing returns above +200 somewhere....

im sure this is here some where but can some one tell me what hte carbine caps for accuracy and speed are ???

and how the speed works with the wep speed like capped at 4.0 what speed would i need

any help would be awesome, thanks alot
