Thread: I don't believe this cost me 6000 credits!!

This is my PvP laser carbine I just got. I am in shock at the fact that it only cost me 6000 credits. It has that insane +72 accuracy mod too. Add that to my +200 accuracy and I never miss.

If you have the money, go back to that WS and ask them to buy a crate of 5-10 of those. You can get much better than that. Really, it's nothing extraordinary. Just a laser carbine with advanced scope and advanced stock, and a poor 17% damage slice. If you bought a crate of those, you could easily get a better damage slice on one (probably quite a few). For example, that laser could be 111-417 damage with a 30% damage slice. I'm not trying to flame or anything, just trying to point out that yes it is good, but it could be much better with a better slice.

that 17% slice is probably why it was 6k on the bazaar, and with those move costs, PvP would be about the only place you could use it.

That looks more like a weapon someone bought, didn't like the slice and dumped it. Count yourself amazingly lucky to have gotten it. I would not hold much hope of seeing another like that soon.

you'd be lucky to find that on eclipse for 600000 credits... we have a bit of inflation there

nice carb, my best is 106-410 for 3.5 seconds, i got a great slice, to bad it cost me 20k plus the friggin 5k to slice cause there are no more smugglers....hehe

Great news guys... I went back to this guys vendor (no, it WASN'T on the bazaar) and I found another one with a better slice. It was still 6k, and had 107 min damage and 407 max damage.

That's much better.. some 27-28% slice it seems.. which is pretty good. I'm not sure how well it'll perform in PvP, but plop a powerup on it and it'sa good PvEing weapon.
