The whole reason im doin is this is to see if carbineer is effective enought without BH

I have BH now and only some Carbineer, i want to drop the BH and the extra master marksman stuff i dont need

and was wondering how badly this will impact my accuraccy, after dropping BH i will take the rest of carbineer and master it

any advice, i only care about PVE so keep that in mind, but i would really like some more skill points and the master marksman suks them up, and its only there for BH carbines, so let me know

For me when i moved from MCarbs + BH Carbs i really didn't notice an accuracy drop at all. Especially in PvE you won't have any concerns being on target. MCarbs only gives +60, which is a giant slap in the face compared to the speed you get from BH Carbs IV

I would try and level Carbineer to at least 44XX before dropping BH Carbs.

yea thats the plan, if my speed is 65 which is what i think it will look like with out BH

what speed gun would i need to cap that?

and you really dont think the huge accuraccy drop will affect it?

Whats the exact number at which you're speed capped for Carbines?

Nevermind...found it. I'm resourceful

Not sure but in the FAQ sticky'd at the top we have a very detailed post on speed and caps ... you should check out it. I am pretty certain it even cites Master Marksman + Master Carbs @ +65 Carbine Speed and goes over the details

I know you need a weapon less than like 2.0 seconds to cap with master marks and master carbineer.

Didn't somebody say Read the FAQ already?

AHHHHH that felt good biwan:

The shortcut to get the weapon speed you need to cap is take (40) / (100 - Player Carbine Speed) = limit to Speed Cap our slowest Specials (2.5X Delay).

So +65 Carbine Speed is 40 / 35 = 1.14 Weapon Speed to Cap.....so yeah, you need to be below 2.0 for Master Carbineer and Master Marksman......

And +85 Carbine Speed is 40 / 15 = 2.67

which is why master marks + carbineer is so depressing....Player Crafted Laser (Stocked) 3.8 Speed....Regular Laser, 3.4-3.5 Speed..DXR6 Carbine, 4.0 or 3.9 Speed...Elite Carbine, 3.4 Speed...once you drop bounty hunter, start praying for speed slices unless your a trillionare.

I bought +25 carbine speed on Ahazi (arguably the most inflated economy in game due to credit dupers and whatnot, even some people from other servers shriek at our prices) for a grand total of 3.5 million credits, its not that difficult to get that much cash, about 3-4 days of janta and mokk missions will get you that. And you can cap with a 4.0 WITHOUT bh, master marksman master carbineer and +25 in SEA's.

That is cheap.....I sold about that many Speed AA's for 6.5 mil on Chilastra....

I think this why as a BH I took up some Carbineer.. I have 115 Carbine Speed.. which pretty much means I can use anything 4.0 or less and be cooking. Same with Pistoleer.. I have about 110 Speed in pistol.

And you can use anything above 4.0 weapon speed at the Speed Cap too.....
