yeah, stay away at least 50 m's...
If you're a Bh carbine 3 - Use Fire KD - if he isn't Knocked Down, Follow up with a Chargeshot. The Dizzy will keep him down.. Follow up with CrippleShots... and then scattershot2.
I was almost a Master CH also, but gave it up for pvp purposes For Fire KD a BH skill with carbine.
I've actually Owned Master TK's 10 m's away. Just got to make sure you use Fire KD =D.
Also remember the 1.5X's Modifier Dmg for Carbineers, means He hits normally for 100 dmg in PvP- Carbineers will take 150 Dmg.

well theres new TKA stuff on test that will make them a lot more powerfull in pvp. all melees are getting a bunch more defense mods.
usually though, what you do is actionshot 2 to change their posture then start running andlet them chase you as you shoot and they will die before they catch you

I dont like fighting commandos because fire damage in the long run is annoying. pistol dabblers are the hardest for me though. Even with armor on they can hit for like 400 damage stopping shot every 1 second. Even with 2k ham I have trouble because i use so much ham on specials and they hit so fast. But the key to killing a tka is keeping out of range of him. If i get in range to melee against anyone with a gun, might as well warm up the cloner cuz your goin home
