Thread: SOJ pleese respond to this.what aree the devs fixing first? pleese say what you can thanks.
Hey Cardco,
As much as I'd love to answer this, I can't. I'm not obliged to answer these sorts of questions. I will be able to tell you all what changes will be happening when everything is compiled and ready. I can't say when that is because I don't know, but it should be within this month.
I'm sorry that I cannot say. I don't really know everything either, at the moment. But it should be coming soon and I'm anxious for the list.
Are there even any TC changes right now, riflemen just got a huge boost in their mods making them even more of an insane PvP class, do we have anything??!?!?!
I meen I am just getting way beyond frustrated getting owned by every other class, I have been waiting for a fix, any fix, for 3 months now. In that time we have only recieved nerfage, I am at my ropes end and ready to go master rifle or something else.
As a carbineer I sympathize with how you feel Rencon.
But didn't we receive a couple of little fixes in the last monthly patch? ie. we don't stop running when we initiate combat anymore; some HAM costs appear to have been reduced a bit.
Yeah the no stopping is nice, but that was applied across the board I beleive.
Also the only HAM cost that was reduced was Charge Shot 1 & 2 I believe, and once again that was across the board.
I haven't noticed any change in HAM costs on anyother specials.
As he said, the only fixed we recieved were for all classes as a whole, nothing has been done to our class. Charge Shot was finaly reduced to the HAM cost of the pre-KD nerf, which they said they were going to do a month ago when they added in the ill though out KD timer. The animation fix was applied for all classes but TKA and Pistoleer as they don't switch animations when entering combat like every other class.
4 months and counting, still no fix.
Little less than 2 weeks until my subscription runs out.
Which will come first?
AHHHH! IMPS EVRYWERE ON THIS POST! lol!
thanks SOJ for responding at least.![]()
Not a problem.
I can tell you that changes are coming and will most likely come in next patch. But I cannot say anything about them them at the moment. These changes are long overdue, I agree on that. But there is nothing I could do to change that.
About the riflemen mods, I'm actually quite surprised that came out rather quickly. I really wished they were all released in unison.
SOJ,
Can I ask what is the policy behind not allowing correspondents to divulge upcoming fixes? What-- are the devs afraid that if they pull a fix that we're going to be disappointed? Yeah, we'll be disappointed, but it would be nice if they told us something in the interim.
What the policy is, is that we can't say anything, really. What is the idea behind it. Well, I think the main reason is because they're not quite sure if it WILL happen or if it will be exactly as they first mentioned it. What if they said that they were going to reduce HAM costs and I went out and said that and then, "oh.. uh.. nevermind that. It's not going to happen or make it next patch."
I'm pretty sure I know what will happen after that. I think disgruntled would be an understatement and I'm sure I'd get a bit of it, too, because I was the one who announced the change that didn't happen. Therefore, everything is under wraps, really, because just about everything is subject to change if you think of it that way.
Wow Soj! thanks for the info~! SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN THIS MONTH! WOW! WHAT NEWS!
