ok first:im buying a KRAYT LASER CARBINE,but if they are fixing the elite(i-e making it better then the laser carbine)i would have sent 200K down the drain on a inferior carbine......if you cant say YES or NO,pleese just tell me if i should do this purchase now and get the krayt elite carbine. or wait.

and also if it s gonna be like a normal one of there fixes where all the old guns are going to stay old and crappy or fixed with an update.

probably stay the same but just wondering too before i put 4 kryatt tissue's in a gun that i could have put 1 more in and got way better results

Regardless of what they do to the Elite Carbine, the Laser Carbine still has the highest level of armor piercing, making it an incredible weapon to have in many situations. That is unless they improve the armor pierce on elites, which probably won't happen. I believe Laser's will hold that trait as unique.

Ya your right about not changing the armor thing, because they just posted something about just because you get the cert at a lower level doesn't make it the worst gun. They base it on if you master the profession and figure in all the skill mod's you get when you master.

Well, unfortunately, I don't know anything about any elite carbine changes at the moment. It's definately been complained about just as the other elite weapons. I can't find an Elite Carbine on the TC to even see if it did get stealth buff. I'm willing to safely assume that nothing has been done yet, however, it sounds like there may be an upcoming patch on the TC that could have quite a bit of fixes that could change that. But at the moment I don't know anything about it, which could even be good news since not everything goes through me first or anything. However, I don't have any other news on it.

what other elite weapons ? DX2 is ap1 and acid damage(ap 1 is the highest for pistols), T21 is ap 3(and rifles get cold and STUN damage even at low levels), scatter is AP1 (it's even better than DX2 and easier to make so you can put better stuff in it) , "elite" carabine is worse than laser also worse than E11 I think, which also can be made with 1 tissue only

so yes the carabineers have the worse elite weapon out there
