Thread: Use a Non-CH Pet? Please Check this New Post by the Devs and Add Your Input!

My mountain krevols and rock beetles are the only thing that stand between me being pretty much completely ineffective at *master carbineer* in simple terminal generated missions. As I am sure you have realized, we have almost no defense at all and things just get worse the closer you get to master.



I am guessing that a lot of carbineers heavily rely on a non-CH pet to help them complete even simple missions, or even have CH skills thrown in for even better low level CH pet. If you use a pet at all, please check this thread. If you have low level CH skills, you will be screwed. If you have non CH skills, you are goign to be totally screwed.



Just thought I'd bring this to your attentions as the Master CHs LOVE these changes as it makes them more powerful by virute of making CH dabblers and non-CHs weaker. They are all expresssing how much they *love* these changes, and these changes are being pulled down without any consultation with the rest of the player base. Speak up or lose a lot of your ability to solo if you use a non-CH or low level CH pet, please!

Do you mean this literaly? I am getting killed in two hits by STs on Rori all of the sudden. Am I becoming MORE vulnerable as I progress up the tree?

What I mean is what you have to fight gets tougher and tougher as you progress towards master. Unfortunately, as we move toward master, we're pretty much the same we as we were at novice - just a little more accurate, faster-firing, and a little more damaging specials. Our hams never go up - except with buffs and even then it's only by a maximum of 2000


The white con/blue con creatures the terminals assign us to kill hit harder and have hams of over 8,000 points.


I found the same thing getting master TK - by the time you are almost master the destroy mission creatures are just devastating.


Making non-CH pets useless will just make doing these missions all the more difficult.

You'll notice the further up the tree you go the con for all creatures and NPCs go down slowly. Like right now at 3/3/1/2 greater womp rats con white when they coned red when I was a novice. They still hit just has hard and have the same amount of HAM you just have to get more creative in fighting skills to stay alive when fighting them especially with our HAM costs so out of wack.


In addition, I don't get why they are limiting the amount of things we can call out, Ialways found it kind of cool how you can have your own personal fraction army falling you around. It added a lot to the GCW but maybe that will be changed and will only count toward AT-STs. In addition they shouldn't change the cl lvl to 10 because it wasn't like cl lvl 15 creatures are that tough anyways.
