So what has changed? I had 2.4.4.3 in Carbineer, useless in PVP after the 75% reduction. (I NEEDED the 1 shot incap fights, I had many of those with crippling shot.) When I was a carbineer, we were slow, killed ourselves faster than the enemy (HAM costs),did low damage (after 75% reduction). So back to my question, what has changed since then?

Note: Talking PVP, not PVE.

nothing, well buffs are more readilly availble to help verse the hamcostsbut as for actual carbine changes, nothing.
