...or do you automatically hit the speed cap at Master?

For regular shots, with some carbines, at master you will fire at 1.0.


However, this does not include some carbines or any specials, being that the+speed is calculated after the <special delay>*<weapon speed>.


The speed is not enough. At master we should have +80 instead of +60.. put us right between pistoleer (+74) and rifleman (+90).
