Thread: MACHINE GUNS FIRE FASTER THEN PISTOLS.
You know, like an AK47.
Which is why we've got "Burstshot" "Fullauto" etc.
Riflemen use sniper rifles.
Pistoleers use quick-fire small arms.

You guys use carbines and SMGs. Like the M4, aks-74u, mp5 etc. Your titles are special ops/forces titles (assaulter, marauder, INFILTRATOR), whichprimarily use carbines and SMGs.
Rifleman use the assault RIFLES.The E-11 rifle is the M-16 of the starwars universe. The T21 is the SAW of the starwars universe. We are getting a shotgon looking weapon soon, have the laser rifle(like the M-14 or something like that)
Everyone instantly thinks we use sniper rifles, that's not right. We only have two ACTUAL sniper rifles, the tusken and DXR6-b.
Rifleman should be the most rounded fighter, thegrunt, whousually goes full auto or shoots bursts with theirE-11ASSAULT RIFLES or T21 HEAVY ASSAULT RIFLE.Or we can switch to semi auto mode and shootprecisly aimed shots.
Carbineers should be upclose/urbanspecial forces fighters who sneak in to tear you apart inside buildings and in urban enviroments.

Carbineer has an E11 that shoots *MUCH* faster than the E11, with lower damage.
The... "problem" about rifleman and the misconception you are using assault rifles over sniper rifles is the fact that riflemen have pretty insane speed mods.
From my understanding from several master riflemen, a rifleman firing a T21 with around a speed of 7.0 will hit the speed cap.
However, if you ignore stats on the classes, and just look at the weapon stats themselves, it works out like :
Pistoleer : very quick firing, low damage (0.5 as to 2.0 max? Not sure, don't make many pistols anymore, pistoleer isn't FOTM anymore, it's Rifleman now)
Carbineer : Ranges from quick firing to slow firing (1.5 or so AS to 5.0 AS). Medium damage
Rifleman : slow firing to even slower firing. Some rifles come out with speeds over 6.0.
I don't know exact stats and min/max on most weapons off the top of my head, however I made a few Tusken Rifles recently : AS 5.6 , 182 - 295 damage. That's slow and hard hitting.
accualy we use CARBINES. wich are basicaly short rifles. our guns look more like assualt rifles though. that is not right. rifles should look like ours and ours should all have smaller stocks, or foldable stocks like the M1A1 carbine of WW2. carbines were and are used by spec ops forces like FBI, or SWAT teems. somecombat engineer teems to. or paratroopers of WW2. carbineer should be spec ops troops. highly dangferouis fast shooting fighters that can take and hold a starport in, bestine for example for like 20 minuts to an hour easy with like 6-14 guys. half at each door pinning and kiling all who try to retake it. and be there waiting for the main fortces(ie rifleman) to arive.
