in pve only, what special is best for targeting a specific ham pool? and wich ham pool ?

Shoot, I tried to reply and the **edit**ty forums logged me out.......thanks SOE.....
Anyway, LegShot1/2/3 target the Action pool only as well as ActionShot1/2 and they add a Bleed too. There is no shot for hitting Health or Mind.
