the FWG5 Featherweight gives +5 counterattack and you can obviously get SEA's that give counterattack....so...can you counterattack with any weapon or are some of the mods intrinsically tied to carbines?

It seems like the bonus for the featherweight (a pistol) would be worthless in that event...or is it possible for you to block with a pistol, counterattack with a rifle and dodge with a carbine?

you CAN counter attack with any weapon, but you have a minute base chance to do it, but the +5 mod would add the base chance to counter attack.
