Thread: Crisis of faith... disaster narrowly avoided...

Well, I was digging through my old packs o' stuff and found a few pre nerf scatter and FWG5 pistols, and as I was working on BH pistols anyway, I figured I would play with them a bit... it was fun.
Then I watched a western, and this gunfighter was just blazing away, and it looked fun..
then I got to thinking, maybe carbineer isn't really for me, it is neat and all but...
Then I went to run a few cash missions on Dant... and seeing a spawn of Mokks doing the flop while I merrily blazed away with crippling shot just made my day... and made me realize that I really REALLY enjoy this profession.
So, my template now
Master Carbine, Master Marksman, Scout 4/0/0/0, BH 3/4/4/0, Pistoleer 0/0/4/4
gives me decent state defenses, "some" melee defense (enough to where I should avoid nunas and such
) the tremendous carbine accuracy and speed, and the ability to use a Geo pistol with eyeshot after I start them flopping with Carbine. Seems like a better path than being yet another Pistoleer/Desperado/Rogue/Novice commando. That and my scoped and stocked Elite Carbine looks way too cool to just hang on the wall

Nice template, I only wish I had enough points for BH carbines. Never enough skill points when you need them

Soundsexactly like my template, though instead of getting Invest 3 I have 0344 Pistoleer for some added accuracy.

LOL the funny thing is before the BH skillpoints change I was always saying, if only I could have just 1 more skill point to get novice medic. Now that the BH points have been reduced I still find a way to need "just one more skill point".

Too funny...I am the exact same way. Somehow, other skills just seem to trump novice medic.
