You need more Carbine speed and accuracy. Other than that, they're above average stats.

Those Carbineer stats suck....but the State Defenses are uber for sure, too bad the Melee Defense isn't over 100....

The only way to imrove the Carbineer skills if I get BH Carbs..then i would lose a huge amount of the status effect bonuses

So i guess the next question is

Defense or Offense??
