Thread: Need info...trying to get a carbine...

I am trying to get the carbine from the secrets of the syren quest...Problem is I dont know where the syren quest is...can any tell me where I go to start this quest and if there is anything special I have to do to get the carbine...Thanks for your help and sorry about the spelling...

Neutral should start in Theed, i think... but, not that important, go to Bestine... *grin*
